Dalan Credit is a special situations credit platform specializing in building strong relationships with both lenders and sponsors. Our platform focuses on acquiring sub-performing and non-performing loans, as well as originating structured credit facilities – including senior secured loans, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity – for the acquisition, construction, and refinancing of commercial real estate. To date, Dalan has completed 60+ Loan Purchases and Originations, totaling more than $900mm.

Through our lender relationships we have established an impressive track record as a reliable purchaser of loans from banks, debt funds, and other debt sellers where we provide an opportunity for lenders to sell loans and improve balance sheet liquidity.
