Acquisitions
Dalan Acquisitions targets multifamily and mixed-use properties, leveraging both internal insights and external market data to inform investment decisions that maximize returns while mitigating risk. Our deep market knowledge, operational efficiency, and vertically integrated platform provide a competitive edge. Dalan Acquisitions focuses on core, core-plus, and value-add opportunities that align with our long-term investment vision.
Credit
Dalan Credit is a special situations credit platform specializing in building strong relationships with both lenders and sponsors. Our platform focuses on acquiring sub-performing and non-performing loans, as well as originating structured credit facilities – including senior secured loans, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity – for the acquisition, construction, and refinancing of commercial real estate. To date, Dalan has completed 60+ Loan Purchases and Originations, totaling more than $900mm.
Management
Dalan Management – Asset Management, Construction, and Property Management – divisions are led by seasoned professionals who collectively have managed over 30,000 multifamily units and hundreds of commercial – office and retail – spaces throughout the United States. As a vertically integrated operator in New York City, and in collaboration with third-party partners in other core markets - Arizona, California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas - our teams deliver best-in-class service with specialized expertise in Rent Stabilization, 421-a, and regulatory compliance.
Rentals
Launched in 2021, Dalan Rentals is the dedicated leasing and marketing division of Dalan Real Estate, responsible for all residential leasing across New York City and New Jersey. Today, the leasing portfolio spans over 2,000 units throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Jersey City. Our in-house team – from leasing agents to a dedicated renewals manager – works exclusively on Dalan assets. Leveraging predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, conversion data, and amenity valuation models, Dalan Rentals partners closely with Asset Management to advance strategic decisions, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue.
